    Information

Founded in 1981, this modernist-style cafeteria is in an early 20th century establishment in Lavapiés, next to Doré Cinema. In addition to a good conversation accompanied by a long drink or a coffee to the sound of jazz, you can also listen to live music, view exhibitions or participate in debates.

The establishment is U-shaped and is divided into two spaces:  an entrance lounge, where you can have a drink, and the concert hall, at the rear, with a small stage and several tables at which you can sit down and watch the show.

With carefully selected end of the century aesthetics, its entire ambiance is made up of well-preserved original objects and pieces of furniture: lights with lampshades and wall fittings, a cash register and fans that are in use, clay floors, which share the space with other objects made in the neighbourhood’s old workshops.
