The chef Lorenzo García is in charge of this legendary restaurant in the Retiro district (after passing through Avenida de América and Paseo de la Habana) where he offers food typical for Castilla and Palencia with a special emphasis on his tortilla de patata (Spanish potato omelet) and delicious, home-style desserts.

At the entrance there is a bar where they serve some of their dishes as snacks. The dining room is decorated in a traditional classical fashion and can seat up to 30 diners. The menu offers simple dishes made with local ingredients and following typical traditional Castilian recipes.
