Opened in 1998, this commercial centre is located in one of the city’s most exclusive areas, next to Conde de Orgaz Park. 

Occupying a surface area of 5,000m2, it boasts 80 establishments distributed on two floors, where different fashion proposals, accessories, household goods, food and catering from prestigious firms can be found.  It also has 500 parking spaces.

The rooftop has a terrace, which takes on particular importance in summer, hosting diverse leisure and culture activities.
