At this cake shop, you can find competition-winning cakes and delicious pies and empanadas (savoury tarts). The simplest bun is a delicacy here due to the care with which they are made under the supervision of the Master cake-maker José Fernández-Ramos.

From the shop, you can see how the bakers make the cakes. Their sweets shaped like hedgehogs and toadstools are also famous, and their bread, which is so good that queues form outside to buy it.
