Since 1992, this shopping centre owned by El Corte Inglés has been open in the district of Atocha. It offers fashion and accessories, perfumes, cosmetics, over the counter medicines, culture and leisure, electronics, food, items for the home, decoration and DIY, as well as several restaurants, among other things.

The centre is spread over 9 floors, including 3 underground and 2 aboveground parking levels, plus four occupied by the department stores El Corte Inglés, Hipercor and Bricor. It also has several cafés, a restaurant, a post office, a dental clinic, opticians, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and car and bike repair shops, among other services.

The Shopping Centre is close to the Estación Sur bus station, and the Méndez Álvaro rail station, the Enrique Tierno Galván park and the Planetarium.
