This luxury, four-star hotel, located in the emblematic Edificio España between Gran Vía and Calle Princesa, is part of the RIU Hotels & Resorts hotel chain and has 27 floors and 583 rooms, which offer incredible views over the city from its rooftop terrace.  

All of the rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning and heating, an electronic safe and a complimentary welcome kit, among many other amenities.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi  throughout its facilities, along with 17 conference rooms, a 24-hour gym, an outdoor heated swimming pool (for the exclusive use of clients on the 21st floor, open in the summer season), a restaurant, a lobby bar and two magnificent Sky Bars: El Edén Gastrobar, located on the 26th floor, and the 360º Roof Top Bar, located on the top floor of the hotel, from where you can enjoy some breathtaking  360º panoramic views of the city, and you can also stroll over a glass walkway that literally enables you to walk on Madrid’s sky.  Access to the roof terrace, the gastrobar El Edén and the 360º sky bar is on Calle Maestro Guerrero, located behind the hotel's front door.
