Located on the lower floors of Edificio España, where the Hotel Riu Plaza de España is located, the new fashion store of the Spanish firm, Zara, offers its customers a revamped image, new product display areas and the most innovative technological tools to offer a quality and integrated shopping experience with the on-line platform, all of which boasts high sustainability requirements.

The establishment, occupying a constructed surface area of 7,700m2 and a sales area of 3,815m2, is divided onto four floors, on which the Womenswear, Menswear and Children’s fashion collection can be found. The interior stands out for its neutral and clean tones, with hints of colour in textiles and furniture.

As a new feature, the establishment boasts specific areas devoted to the brand’s most recent product launches, such as the Lingerie collection, the Zara Beauty cosmetics line, the Athleticz sports attire collection and a footwear and accessories area in the three sections. In addition to the different interior design and furniture, these boutique spaces are equipped with restocking areas and self-payment points.

Furthermore, Zara Plaza de España has several innovative technological features, such as changing room reservation in-store or via the Zara App; Pay&Go Service, which enables customers to purchase the garments by scanning them on the mobile phone; on-line shopping pick-up point; specific tills for refunds; automatic on-line refund point; self-payment area; and cardboard recycling area for customers.
