Welcome to Madrid

Madrid has its own open-air summer festival. It is the DCODE Festival which is held in September. It is a perfect month to enjoy the good weather and bid farewell to the summer season, accompanied by sixteen hours of good music from the morning onwards (like in European festivals) and it is aimed at families. The festival will celebrate its eleventh edition on September 2023 and will include the presence of artists and groups on the national and international scene.

In 2023, the festival will celebrate its eleventh anniversary at the Cantarranas Complex on the Madrid Complutense University Campus (behind the Faculty of Information Sciences), which will host the best of the national and international indie rock scene.

Dcode once again shows it is an unmissable event in the capital. The festival, which is held in one of the city’s biggest and best communicated green spaces, the campus of the Complutense University, includes proposals for all ages (children under the age of 10 have free entry to the festival and their very own Dcode Kids corner, where they can enjoy themselves with games, story-telling and face painting), because DCODE is an all-day music festival (from Midday to 6am, whereby you can leave and come back until 5pm) with food, fashion, sport and tendencies at an incredible price.
