    Information

Located in a corner of Plaza de España, the famous Club Allard was opened in 2003 and boasted two Michelin stars under its two previous chefs: Diego Guerrero and María Marte. Following its closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it reopened in 2022 with a fresh feel in terms of its decoration and cuisine, with the Portuguese architect and chef, Cristina Rubina, at the helm since the end of 2022.

Club Allard is located in a beautiful, early 20th century palace, which has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest. The space has undergone a slight refurbishment and its tables are now wooden and elegant, with simpler and more practical tableware than in the past.

The current menu is a gastronomic return to the origins of Club Allard, honest and minimalist cuisine, in which she moves away from the excessive handling of the ingredients. Her aim is not for her dishes to overpower the flavours of the ingredients themselves, but rather to embrace them and accompany them in the most subtle and respectful way. Her culinary proposal consists of two tasting menus: a long one with 12 dishes and a shorter one, with 8 dishes in which seasonal produce is the main feature.

The main new feature at Club Allard following its refurbishment is the opening of Petit Allard, a bar with a kitchen, where fine products can be savoured in a classic atmosphere but with a more informal and fun format, designed for snacks or an aperitif.

It also boasts La Gallardita terrace in the recently renovated Plaza de España, which has now been pedestianised.
