    Information

Celicioso is a small corner located close to the central Gran Vía metro station and specialised in the preparation of gluten-free sweets, although it also offers a wide range of recipes for those who do not tolerate lactose or sugar or those who opt for vegan food.

The Celicioso bakery brings out gluten-free specialities each day, including typically American sweets, such as fruit bread or the ever so popular Choco Peanut, Choco Extravaganza, Lemon Lime, Carrot or Red Velvet cupcakes. Traditional Spanish desserts are also prepared here, such as the Christmas ring-shaped sweet bread, which is filled with classic cream or truffle, but also mascarpone or caramelised milk, and diverse products made out of vegan chocolate or sugar-free chocolate.
