    Information

The idea behind this chain of stores in Madrid came from a Belgian architect who grew up surrounded by cocoa beans and who has brought imagination and creativity to the world of chocolate, making it not only desirable for the palate but also easy on the eye. A paradise next to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in the Castellana area.

By combining different ingredients, textures and flavours, Chocolat Factory has created 56 different varieties of chocolates. To achieve this they use cocoa from Java, Venezuela and Sao Tomé, which can take such diverse shapes as a wedding invitation, a head, an animal, or it can be drunk or transformed into a delicious microwaveable mousse, amongst other many possibilities.

Some Chocolat Factory designs, like The Tubes, have been awarded prizes at several competitions and make the perfect gift for every occasion. They also sell quite daring proposals as thin chocolate sheets with a pinch of salt and accompanied by wine, or the combination of cocoa with orange marmalade, pear jam or chestnut cream.
