La Magdalena de Proust is a bakery, cake shop and bio and product-zero shop, where you can find ecological fruit and vegetables by local producers as well as bread baked at its own establishment using the finest additive-free ecological ingredients.
Its chocolates, pastries and home-made cakes are also made out of bio products, along with its wide variety of preserves, pasta, cheese or sauces.
It has three establishments: Bio Bakery and Cafeteria, in Calle de Bravo Murillo, 54, Bakery and Grocer’s, in Calle de Pelayo, 43, the artesian bakery, in Calle de la Batalla del Salado, 3.
