Located at the Azca Complex, this office building has been declared Cultural Heritage Monument in 2019 by the Comunidad de Madrid. It is 107 meters tall and has become one of the icons of the Madrid skyline.

Built between 1978 an 1981 by the Spanish architect Sáenz de Oiza, it was the corporate headquarters of the Banco de Santander and until 2015 the main operations office of BBVA bank in Madrid. It has undergone major refurbishing giving it a large variety of additional services, obtaining the LEED certification by the US Green Building Council as a building with the highest level of sustainability.

The building has 28 floors with offices, 5 of which are double height, completely open space with no pillars. It also has 390 parking spaces, including some dedicated to electric and carpooling vehicles and 58 bicycle parking spaces.

It has won numerous awards including the DIGA Award for sustainability in 2017 by the Shangri-La Foundation; The Best Full Building Renovation at the 2017 AEO Awards; and the “Best Non Residential Development” at the APIRIMA-SIMA Awards.
