Planetarium
Information
Exhibitions, workshops, projections and activities like star-gazing invite us on a journey to unravel the mysteries of the cosmos.
The Madrid Planetarium reopened in 2017, after a state-of-the-art refurbishment undertaken by Madrid City Council and La Caixa Foundation. The revamped building features new exhibition areas and a modern, high-quality screening system endowed with powerful astronomy software for an amazing journey through the universe.
The planetarium offers fun shows and activities for kids and even allows visitors to explore the night sky live thanks to the Megastar-2 projector.
