    Information

This theatre, managed by the team that runs the  Luchana Theatres, is located inside the Galileo Municipal Cultural Centre. The hall, with capacity for 350 people, offers a programme for all ages, focusing on specific contemporary drama cycles and campaigns   that bring the very young to the theatre, as well as children’s theatre and school campaigns.

The theatre rounds off its offer with artistic residence courses, school campaigns and collaboration with the Master’s Degree in Theatre Creation  at the Carlos III University in Madrid. It also incorporates the pioneering Urgent Theatre project, coordinated by Karina Garantivá, which enables playwrights, philosophers and actors to get together around an essential theatre of ideas, in which the underlying premise is the immediate presentation of the play.

The space also has the La Bicicleta Galileo cafeteria, refurbished by the Bicicleta Café, which serves an extensive menu of international cuisine. It has an outdoor terrace in the cultural centre’s courtyard.

In summer, the cultural centre’s courtyard is used for shows.
