One of the most legendary hard rock bands is coming to the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium on 9 June as part of its latest world tour. This concert will boast a huge stage where fans will be able to watch Axl Rose, Slash and Duff MacKagan perform live, along with the rest of the line-up.

The group is back on stage in 2023 with its latest tour that will take it to leading stadiums, festivals and arenas throughout the summer and autumn. The tour will stop off in Spain in June and will continue in North America, concluding in Vancouver in October. This is the first time that the group will tour North America since the We're F'N Back! Tour in 2021, which was a huge hit, including its first performance at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, California.

Since it was founded in 1985, Guns N' Roses has been one of the groups that has shaped what is now understood to be rock and everything around it. Founded by the vocalist Axl Rose and the guitarist Izzy Stradlin, it is one of the most successful rock bands ever, having sold more than one hundred million albums. It is considered to be a global icon of music and is part of the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The group’s current line-up is made up of the vocalist Axl Rose, the rhythmic guitarist Richard Fortus, the keyboard players Dizzy Reed and Melissa Reese, the drummer Frank Ferrer, the bass player Duff McKagan and the lead guitarist Slash. The latter two are considered to be classic members of the band and have resumed their place in the group following an absence of 23 years. 

The group triumphed with the public from the very outset with the release of Appetite for Destruction in 1987, which became the most successful and best-selling debut album ever. Influenced by groups like Queen, The Beatles or The Rolling Stones, the band has always crossed guitar styles with ups and downs in the line-up throughout the six albums that the band has released. A career full of talent and passion, leading to great hits like Sweet Child O' Mine, Knockin' on Heaven's Door, November Rain or Welcome To The Jungle.
