For the eighth year in a row, Hotel Tapa Tour is back to showcase high-end hotels as important gastronomic spaces. From 14 to 24 September, Madrid will once again host the informal haute cuisine festival, which for the first time ever will be held simultaneously in different Spanish towns.

Hotel Tapa Tour is a gastronomic event and festival devoted to the promotion of hotel gastronomy. Flying the tapa flag, the initiative breaks down the architectural and psychological barrier between the haute cuisine of luxury hotels and citizens. It has been held annually in Madrid and Barcelona since 2016.
