The IFEMA MADRID fair grounds will be hosting the next edition of SIMA in Pavilion 3 between 24 and 27 May. This is largest property show in Spain, open to the general public and industry professionals, showcasing a wide range of goods and services related to residential property, with all the latest industry news and debates about current issues in real estate.

The exhibition is one of the most important events in international real estate and an opportunity to gauge the market, make new contacts, generate new business, and spot the best investment opportunities.

At SIMA, members of the public can find out about: their first or next new home; holiday properties in Spain and internationally; investment in residential or other properties throughout Spain and internationally; as well as financing, decoration, removals, and other services related to the real estate sector.

This latest edition incorporates a new area, the Real Estate Investor Lounge, a meeting point for savers and small investors who want to find out about the options offered by the real estate sector to make their savings profitable.

More than 100 companies have confirmed their participation at SIMA 2023. Some are returning, having taken part in previous editions, such as: Acciona, Actívitas, Aedas Homes, Alibuilding, Básico, Brosh, CHG, Gestilar, Gilmar, Habitat Inmobiliaria, Iberdrola, Level, Metrovacesa, Masa, Neinor Homes, Porcelanosa, Proel, ST Sociedad de Tasación, Spotahome, TM Grupo Inmobiliario, Urbanitae and  Vía Ágora. Others will be present for the first time this year, such as: Arregui, Arrenda, Caterina House, Cívitas, Fellow Funders, Rento-Gradual Homes, Grupo Inmobiliario Roca, Impact Homes, Lis Data Solutions, Lodgerin, Pérez-Orive Group, Stronghold, The Home Hunter, Evernest and Inviertis, among others.
